eGFS project (Global Finance System)

Functional team leadership, responsible for restructuring SAP processes and perfect integration with the portal to be developed. The project entered productive phase in UK, Netherlands and France, with a universe of more than 15.000 users.

eGFS Project for PwC USA

SAP and portal implementation project in PwC USA, based on the core system implemented in UK. Definition and design of PwC USA specific projects, adaptation of the existing processes and supervision of the necessary developments. This project entered productive phase in USA, with a universe of more than 25.000 users.
